Requirements and forms

All athletes must register and take care of all their paperwork online. All incoming Freshmen and Juniors and any new athletes will need to get a physical. All Sophomores and Seniors will need to fill out an interim questionaire form.

Fall Sports
South Fremont fall sports first day of practice:
    Football- August 6th at 7:30 am
  • Boys soccer- August 6th at 5:30 pm
  • Girl’s soccer- August 6th at 6:00 pm
  • Volleyball- August 10 at 9:00 am at the Jr. High
  • Cross Country- Friday August 10th at 9:00pm glow run. Meet at the track and run the green belt.
Parent and player meeting for all athletes on Wednesday, August 15th at 7:30 pm in the little theater.

NCAA Eligibilty Requirements

High School students who have an interest in player Division I or Division II in college must meet the NCAA requiremnets. Please visit the NCAA Web site for the most current information. Once on the site, you can create an account and enter South Fremont High School's ACT code--130580 to see how South Fremont courses match up with those required by the NCAA. South Fremont High School Football team will be hosting a football camp for any youth in 2nd Grade through eighth grade for the 2018-2019 school year.
